Who is behind Taxskool

Taxskool was founded by a Toronto-based tax professional and entrepreneur with Big 4 accounting experience, who runs an active practice preparing financial statements and T2 corporate tax filings for incorporated clients across Canada. Taxskool exists to share the knowledge that usually stays locked behind an accountant's invoice.

After years of watching smart, hard-working people overpay simply because nobody explained the rules, Taxskool was built around one belief: tax knowledge should not be a luxury. If you understand how the system works, you make better decisions all year, not just in April.

What Taxskool does

Taxskool works on two tracks. The education side delivers plain-English newsletters and courses that teach Canadian business owners and side hustlers how taxes actually work. The services side handles the filing itself: personal returns, corporate year-ends with financial statements, payroll, and bookkeeping.

Some clients want to learn it all. Some want it entirely off their plate. Most land somewhere in between, and Taxskool is built for all three.
